Photo Album: Bryan Bros. Band in LA

The champion doubles pair have a moonlighting gig, and it’s so much more than a traveling family band.  The Bryan Brothers Band, fronted by David Baron, rocked Molly Malone’s in L.A. last night, and we were there to check it out.

No longer in matching tennis whites, Bob looked the part in hipster plaid, while Mike might have made a rock fashion first: wearing a backwards Stanford hat. But in true Cardinal overachieving fashion, the brothers are just as talented with their scales as they are with their serves.

Led by singer Baron, the twins’ musical stylings shone through.  Mike played a mean electric guitar, with some talented though certainly-not-improved solos,  and Bob could give Billy Joel a run for his money on the keyboard.   But the highlight of the night?  A brotherly freestyle rap called “Autograph.”

It’s official, Bryan Brothers. We challenge you to a game of Rock Band.
